Absolutely fantastic 7 night stay here in September. Idyllic views, luxury feel to the hotel, rooms spacious, clean and modern.
We were given a tour of the resort upon arrival, staff were friendly.
Food was excellent.
The pool areas were spacious and very clean, I particularly liked the fact that the sun beds were spaced apart well, so it didn’t feel crowded.
The beach area was great, a very short walk from the hotel and the sun beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the ability to order from the pool or beach via the app, although ordering from the beach included an additional charge.
One of the few hotels I would come back to!

Fabulous holiday. The hotel was spotless and the gardens were beautiful. Loved the relaxing water features running through the grounds. Delightful sea view room and the hotel sat sympathetically with the landscape. Buffet style meals were tasty and very varied. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Calm and tranquil holiday. The beach was a let down but this is a volcanic island! We hope to return 😁

Absolutely fab hotel. Has everything. We went end of season and was still great. Room fab, looking out at beach, which was less than a minute walk from room. Gym has the basics. Spa was fantastic and treatments. Food was good in most places. Staff were nice.

Attention à ne rien laisser de valeur! Je me suis faite volé ma montré Guess laissé le temps d'une sortie et pas moyen d'avoir le soutien de la direction, un remboursement, une réunion avec les femmes de ménage. Nous n'avons pas été aidé. Indigne d'un 5 étoiles ! Pour le reste ça va. Il y a mieux. La plage pas top, le buffet bon mais pas très varié. Bref passez votre tour!
Voici la réponse que vous nous avez faite suite à l'incident : voici la preuve, avec un mail fait à notre agence de voyage Thomas Cook et aucun d'eux n'a répondu: Dear Guest thank you for your e-mail, in which we are two weeks late to respond in order to conclude our investigations in the incident you had reported and to give you a thorough answer. Firstly , we would like to mention that it was really unkind of you to test our personnel. Such a react was offensive for a 5 stars hotel, which has been distinguished in the field and preserves a good reputation for years.Besides, none similar incident has been reported against our hotel by years. In addition, according to the Greek law,5 stars hotel must provide their guests a safe box for keeping their personal belongings. Our hotel provides a private safe box to every single room of the hotel. As a result , for every lost item the hotel is not responsible,unless there is evidence that the safe box has been violated. Even if there is a problem with the safe box mechanism, the hotel can afford the equipment in order the potential damage to be restored, as soon as possible.
Such a damage or difficulty in use has never been reported by you during your stay in our hotel and so the hotel has no responsibilities since you chose to keep your personal belongings exposed. Besides, you have never reported the whole incident to our personnel, while you were still in our hotel so that it would be forwarded to the manager of the hotel, who could take care of the situation.We are truly sorry that your stay was not as pleasant as you expected and we kindly ask you to inform us if you find your watch meanwhile. Should you have any other question, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Ma réponse:Les femmes de ménages ont volé les 2€ que nous avions laissé sur la table "exprès", et on nous dit que c'est impoli de faire des tests à l'hôtel alors que l'argent a été volé???
1/ it Was not unkind to test hotel even 5 stars! In fact the test Was not concluent since the y took the money! Everybody make mistakes there is nothing bad but it is nice to know where you are. 2/ it happended the last Day at 5 in the morning !! I directly called the manager, she knows what happened!! But the watch has been taken the last Day so i couldnt do anything. 3/ ok for the métal box, but since you are a 5 stars and trust so much your imployees in their job, this box is useless no?
4/ i didn t find my watch because it has been stolen. And you say it Never happened? Which proof do I have? This is really unkind and insulting.
I paid for a service and it is not in my mentality to look for problems. But I do not accept that you don t admit it my have been a problem.
5/ the comment in trip advisor telling that the doors are wide open during the cleaning... Do you think that is professionnal???
You Can defend your employees, it is fine, good manager, but you have to face reality.
Simply:one guest reports you some dysfonctions and that her watch Was stolen. Thats all. You should simply thanks that it happen to a couple of tourists young and that it is only a 200 € watch.For a 5 stars you don t know that the guest is the king? Even if you think the opposite. And another Real 5 stars (you are not a Real one) Would propose à commercial refond, you are not at 200€ more of benefit do you? I didn t and won t find my watch because it has been stolen in your 5 stars hotel.
