Absolutely fantastic 7 night stay here in September. Idyllic views, luxury feel to the hotel, rooms spacious, clean and modern.
We were given a tour of the resort upon arrival, staff were friendly.
Food was excellent.
The pool areas were spacious and very clean, I particularly liked the fact that the sun beds were spaced apart well, so it didn’t feel crowded.
The beach area was great, a very short walk from the hotel and the sun beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the ability to order from the pool or beach via the app, although ordering from the beach included an additional charge.
One of the few hotels I would come back to!
Ché de Haaff
We stayed here for 5 nights.
Rooms were lovely and spacious and we had a lovely balcony and view. However I feel for a 5 star hotel more attention could have been paid to the guests comfort, such as towels. Every towel we had was threadbare.
All shampoos etc are provided so no need to bring your own.
The smell of the sewage was absolutely vile. We could smell if we opened the bathroom window. We could smell it by the tennis courts and when we walked past the chapel: it clings to the air.
The aircon in the room did not work below 22 degrees so the room was overly warm.
The staff were kind and friendly, especially in the breakfast section.
The bed was huge and incredibly comfy. We have a super king bed at home and the bed at home and the bed at the hotel was bigger than this.
You had to pay €150 to use the front row of sunbeds at the beach. Even though not one person was using them. I got chased off. It’s slightly ridiculous considering it’s a 5 star resort to charge people to use certain sunbeds.
We did not eat at the restaurants in the evenings as found both the food and drinks much priceyer than the lovely tavernas in the town which is less than a 30 second walk from the resort.

Fabulous holiday. The hotel was spotless and the gardens were beautiful. Loved the relaxing water features running through the grounds. Delightful sea view room and the hotel sat sympathetically with the landscape. Buffet style meals were tasty and very varied. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Calm and tranquil holiday. The beach was a let down but this is a volcanic island! We hope to return 😁

Port Royal in Rhodes is the perfect destination for a premium, adults-only, all-inclusive getaway.
Our room was incredibly spacious, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities — everything you’d expect from a true 5-star experience.
The service throughout the resort was consistently high-quality: professional, friendly, and always attentive.
Both the food and drinks across all the restaurants and bars were of impressive quality — fresh ingredients, great variety, and well-presented dishes.
We especially enjoyed the special experiences offered by the hotel, like the floating breakfast, beachfront lunch, and a romantic dinner by the pool — all beautifully organized and memorable.
The private beach is clean, well-equipped, and ideal for relaxing. The main pool is stunning, with heated water and plenty of space to unwind.
The overall vibe of the resort is peaceful and luxurious — perfect for couples looking to relax and recharge.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end, stress-free holiday in Greece!

The hotel is really quite beautiful. The pool is absolutely stunning, particularly when it's dark, the scenery around is wonderful, and the beach is great.
I was there with my wife on our honeymoon trip for a week, all-inclusive, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Some highlights, both positive and negative:
Pros:
+Beautiful place
+Amazing views
+Spotless both inside and outside
+Staff were very helpful and attentive. A few superstars of customer service, genuinely nice people were there. They know who they are :)
+The restaurants gave some nice choice for where and when to eat
+There was a good amount of live music entertainment.
+The food was presented really beautifully and there was so much choice
Now for the not so nice part
Cons:
-The place has some small spots where it's a bit in disrepair. Such as our bathroom door handle not being properly attached or the front desk missing tile, or the bug net on our balcony having been torn on one side. Nothing that has any particular impact, but it does kind of pull you out of the illusion of the 5 star bubble.
-Some of the staff seemingly have only learned some certain phrases in english, which they repeat. That makes it seem like the pleasantness and politeness is only glued on and not sincere.
-Smoking was allowed in the Italian restaurant, as well as at the pool bar.
-The shower's water pressure was non-existent.
-The "do not disturb" -system was a button that lights up a red light outside your door, but it was fully ignored by the cleaning staff.
-The all-inclusive package did not include everything, such as garlic bread at the Italian restaurant. It was not a big deal, but still strangely specific.
-While the food in the main restaurant was plentiful and well-prepared, it did not really taste like anything. It was actually quite a disappointment. Unfortunately this alone will be reason enough that we will not be coming here again.
